This is a very special painting. The photograph was taken on the beach at Henderson State Park in Destin, FL. The woman is my wife, Julie Byrd Ashworth. The young man is my son, Ryan Davis. Ryan is carrying a bag with his mom, my deceased wife, Trish Ashworth's ashes. She' asked that we spread her ashes on this beach. It was a profound moment and I thank God for this perfect shot. It makes me cry.
